When I went to pick up my car after a 2 month long wait, I discovered that A) there was ~$1400 in port-installed "options" which can't be refused or were mentioned ahead of time (I get that this isn't in th I discovered that A) there was ~$1400 in port-installed "options" which can't be refused or were mentioned ahead of time (I get that this isn't in their control, but they could have said something when giving an initial price); and B) that they had padded the price by yet another $1900 with stuff THEY installed, without ever mentioning or asking me if I wanted. $500 for "Vehicle Theft Assistance"? $400 for non-ceramic tint that'll have to be ripped off and replaced? "CRYSTAL FUSION" for another $500??? Another $300 for "DRIVE PUR SANITIZATION"? And, I kid you not, $49 for nitrogen in the tires. I got stuck paying for this garbage. I'm hoping others will see my review and know to watch out for this. More

I wish I could put them at a 3.5. The reason why I say 3 is because of my mental experience in the dealership. The day I walked in I made sure I walked out with a car but it was very stressful on the amount is because of my mental experience in the dealership. The day I walked in I made sure I walked out with a car but it was very stressful on the amount of phone calls I was receiving and inquiries being pulled on my credit report. I am grateful I now have my vehicle I just feel like they need more organization because no one should have go through mentally being drained. Granted Jordan M, Addison, and Jeff helped me out as much as possible, but Renee is the reason fort his 3 star rating. More
