My favorite thing about this experience is that she’s a humanitarian, the last sales rep I worked with was pushy and didn’t care about my needs so working with Julia showed me that buying a car doesn’t have to be stressful. Emailed them asking for specific information on the vehicle they had advertised. Instead of getting the information I requested in response, I got an auto-genrated cookie cutter email with a link to fi vehicle they had advertised. Instead of getting the information I requested in response, I got an auto-genrated cookie cutter email with a link to fill out my personal information so they could run a "credit check" on me to "see what I could be pre-approved for". It was a classic "bait and switch". When I emailed them back telling them how obnoxious and illegal what they did was, they pulled down the ad that I had emailed them about (I'm assuming to cover their tracks). Also, the truck had almost 400,000 miles on it, and they were asking WAY too much for it. I would have some serious reservations about ever doing business with a company like this. More
