Just recently bought a brand-new Chrysler 300 L Touring Sedan. Nick Ballos was my Sales Rep. I had a great experience. We had a great experience with the dealership all around. Our sales guy Anthony Roman was fabulous -- Closed deals with both my husband and I on a brand new Jeep and Truck, without being "salesy," if you kn Our sales guy Anthony Roman was fabulous -- Closed deals with both my husband and I on a brand new Jeep and Truck, without being "salesy," if you know what I mean -- Just a nice guy that we'd probably hang out with again, if given the opportunity. GM Mike Ballos was also great in trying to accommodate all of my husband's needs (wants) with his new truck, absent a trip to Hawaii (We'll get you on that one next time, Mike.) Eddie Bhatty was wonderful in making the financing process as painless as possible, although he did offer us a little grief on an extended warranty -- in the end, he ironed out the kinks, and both my husband and I were happy with everything offered and received. Although we didn't work with her directly, Julia Bellantoni was a lovely person and super friendly toward our daughter. Steve Egeland was also super friendly and helpful with getting our deals closed. All in all, we are happy with our experience at Colonial and would highly recommend. More

Very professional and honest. I especially liked how responsive to emails they were. With other dealers, I would get the feeling that I was bothering them with my questions, but a I especially liked how responsive to emails they were.
