Pre-purchase communication was excellent, but in the days that followed, as we waited to complete the final transaction, comms were spotty, including the loss of a bank check. From the moment we stepped into the dealership we were well cared for. We had a bad experience earlier at a different dealership. Victor was excellent and knowledgeable about what was available.
