I have never such a great car buying experience. I had contacted Mr. Vazquez at an earlier date to do a walk thru and get ideas for my new vehicle. At that time I mentioned that I was only there to get contacted Mr. Vazquez at an earlier date to do a walk thru and get ideas for my new vehicle. At that time I mentioned that I was only there to get ideas not purchased at that time. Mr Vazquez did the walk thru with me and explained the difference between the leasing and buying options. He then sat with me and showed the mission statement and the way the KIA dealership worked. (i.e. no commission etc) we chatted more and I was on my way. a couple of days later Mr. Vazquez followed up with me. I mentioned that I appreciated the call back, and I also appreciated that he did not "hound" me to buy a car. (much appreciated that). on 27 Mar, I returned to get more information and possibly make a decision. I encountered 2 other salesmen, while Mr. Vazquez was finishing up a transaction with another client. Over all 3 gentlemen were great. I spent most of my day there with Mr. Vazquez working the details of my leasing my 2014 KIA Sorrento. At the end of my visit, I left with a smile on my face, a thank you and congratulations from all involved and I was on my way. Oh, let's not forget the dozen of red roses received as I was handed my keys. WOW!! Mr. Vazquez followed me home to deliver my new "ride", and I returned him to the dealership. Needless to say I am a satisfied customer. I HAVE NEVER, NEVER HAD SUCH A GREAT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP; TO MY FRIENDS. (Especially Mr. Vazquez) Keep up the good work Mr. Vazquez. He deserves a raise, THANKS AGAIN. More

I was so impressed with my entire experience at Royal Kia! Juan Vazquez was wonderful! He took the time to go over all of my options and made sure I got exactly what I wanted in a new car. He kept in touch with me, listened to me and made me feel so comfortable! I've never been so impressed with a car buying experience before! When I made my purchase, Juan and Matthew both stayed 2 hours after closing to make sure everything was perfect for me. I even came back a couple days later and spent some time with Juan learning how to use every feature on my new car! I've been so happy with this process! I know I will be a part of the Kia family for life! Juan turned me from a Honda girl to a Kia girl! I can't stop smiling and talking about my experience with him and at Royal Kia! Thanks Juan! More

I give Royal Kia, Kyle\, and Juan very good ratings. I dealt with many dealerships in my search for a new car and by far they were the most pleasant to deal with. I appreciated the dealership does not hav dealt with many dealerships in my search for a new car and by far they were the most pleasant to deal with. I appreciated the dealership does not have their employees work on commission, but rather give gives them base salary and bonuses for good customer reviews. The fact made the experience of buying a car from this dealership feel like a cooperative venture and not a competitive one. The sticker prices of the vehicles seemed comparable to suggestions I found in Consumer Reports which was not the case with other dealerships in town. Both Juan and Kyle were extremely helpful and patient in answering all my questions regarding the warranty, features of the car, and disability access needs. Kyle even called the adaptive equipment supplier in town and found out that the car I got could be adapted for my access needs. Juan was very patient with my spouse and desiring to drive multiple cars of the same model to see if there was a difference in the quality of the used vehicles. He also took the time to explain all aspects of the paperwork. The only two negatives I would say are the fact that at the end of the process Juan gave me a sales pitch on some extra warranty coverage I wasn't interested in, and there seemed ro be a bit of confusion as to when they could drive the car down to the adaptive equipment installer since I could not do that myself. Overall, it was a great experience! More

We visited your location in search of an auto we had seen on line. Upon meeting Mr. Vazquez and being escorted to his work station, we were immediately impressed with his professional attitude. He quickly de on line. Upon meeting Mr. Vazquez and being escorted to his work station, we were immediately impressed with his professional attitude. He quickly determined the auto we wanted had been sold. He did not try to sell us a different auto, instead he searched all local KIA locations and was able to find the same auto at a different location. He drove us to that location to see the car which had not yet been processed for public viewing. We did buy the auto and Juan was there from start to finish. He went over the paperwork and explain everything to our satisfaction. What is unique about our experience with Juan is that at the location where we bought the auto, we had previously met a sales person who works there, however, the quality of Juan's customer service and professionalism made us want to work with Juan. We are happy to recommend Juan and KIA to everyone in the market for an automobile. We live 4hrs away from Tucson, in very rural New Mexico, thus car shopping is not an easy endeavor. We compared 7 models of hatchbacks at various dealerships. Juan stood out prominently. Juan is a gentleman. He was knowledgeable, communicated clearly, and listened to our questions so that he understood what our priorities were in choosing the right vehicle for our needs. We have already told our friends that if they are in the market for a new car, we recommend Royal Kia as a great dealership, and specifically say "ask for Juan!". More
