It feels like family! Came for an oil change and was treated like family. Ended up getting a great deal off the showroom on a Prius. Love it. Even a person. I didn't get his name, came to the waiting room and offered us drinks and snacks and treated our puppy with a dog treat while making over him like he was his own. That meant a lot to us. Tammy Myers also came out and made a big deal over our puppy. They made good friends. Sean Murphy spent time with us explaining what services they performed on our car (this was before we bought the one off the showroom floor). Later, our sales person, Juan Carlos Lopez, walked our puppy for a bathroom break while we were in with Alfred Polk doing the finances. Although Shaq Daniel doesn't have a picture up here, he is a really nice guy (over six feet tall and real friendly). More

Outstanding Customer Service I flew in from out-of-state to purchase a high end Ford from them. The service was outstanding. They arranged to pick me up at the airport. I was met in the airport and transported to the dealership in a luxury vehicle and dropped off at the front door. They made me very comfortable while I finalized the deal. They fed me lunch before I left and they made sure I had water for my 8 hour drive back home. They even made to follow up with me to make sure I made it home safely. Outstanding customer service!! Every detail accounted for and my sales associate very considerate to my every need during my 3 hours at the dealer. Highly recommend this Dealership. More

Not knowing if they were open, due to the weather, and sure enough they were. Juan and Justin both helped us with our issues and questions we had about our Toyota van that we were wanting to trade in. They made us feel like family, and gave us a great deal. These folks are down home people who make you feel great while doing business with them. Zane the finance manager really knows how to make the closing move fast and smooth, he answers all of our questions, and really explains the entire process to you in a way that you can understand the it. All I can say is that we have always been Toyota people, and will always stay Toyota people. These guys have won our business now and for our further new car purchases.
