Best car buying experience I've ever had! I went in to the dealership knowing I was upside down and doubted I could even trade in my car and purchase a new one. I just assumed that after I exp I went in to the dealership knowing I was upside down and doubted I could even trade in my car and purchase a new one. I just assumed that after I explained my current financial situation I would be treated differently and rushed out the door. That is not what happened at all. My car salesperson was Lisa and she was incredible. She treated me with respect and didn't make me feel bad at all. We talked about a few different options and wasn't pushy at all. She said to take my time and do what's right for me. She answered all of my questions and I ended up trading in my car and getting the brand new car I wanted. The best part is I pay less now than I did before. The finance guy was fantastic also. He also didn't shame me for my current financial position and treated me with the utmost respect. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to Coral Springs Honda and have already told my friends & co workers about them. More

Highly Recommend This Dealership Before visiting Coral Springs Honda I identified the vehicle I wanted from their inventory. Two other dealerships had identical vehicles as well. After my car was appraised by their appraisal department I was presented with an offer. In the past I have shopped multiple dealerships and have been flexible with exterior colors to get the best deal. Moe Seyam and his coworkers and managers were all very professional and were flexible to negotiate final details for my first choice of new vehicles. I really feel that I could not have made a better deal at another dealership. I highly recommend Coral Springs Honda for a positive purchase experience. More

He followed up with me and was professional and caring to ensure my needs were met. Mr. Nuny Montano was extremely great in providing facts about the option to purchase: Estimated finance with Honda has a score of 720, monthly payments would be $267 for 72 months - residual 1470.00, However, the Financial person at Coral Spring chose to use different options and chose to ignore my good payment activity with Honda. He thinks he is some kind of god meeting out what he wanted to determine for each situation. I think this is unfair and his intimidation is unprofessional. If Mr. Disla had not spent time and effort in helping me I would have walked away. I think this financing should be revisited using the facts provided by Mr. Montana. I have enjoyed courteous communication from staff at Honda and I don't thing that the unprofessional godlike attitude of the financial person should ruin good relationship of others at Honda.
