Wonderful experience! Everything was great! There is a gentleman, Mr. Chuck Metzger, a Certified Sales Consultant, that is just an incredible salesman. He is kind, helpfu Everything was great! What a pleasure dealing with him and what an incredible asset to NissanWorld of Denville. He made the whole buying experience simple, uncomplicated and actually LOTS of fun. No hustle, no problems at all, just fun. On buying automobiles I have no recollection of another experience quite this simple and easy. Thanks Mr. Metzger and thanks Nissan World of Denville. I love my Frontier SL! More

BAIT & SWITCH Very unprofessional! And they are liars! Yesterday, I drove down to see and hopefully purchase a used Nissan Altima that was listed on their site for Very unprofessional! And they are liars! Yesterday, I drove down to see and hopefully purchase a used Nissan Altima that was listed on their site for $5,988. I checked the carfax before I visited the dealership and found everything to be good with the car (no accidents, etc...). JUAN BARRERA told us that the car is not for sale because there were 2 accidents on it and that they dont sell cars that have been in accidents. I advised that the carfax said there were no accidents and that it was listed for sale on their site. Juan goes on to tell me that the accidents just happened that morning with one of their sales guys and that the carfax just hasn't been updated yet. Then he proceeds to tell me that he can show me other cars, obviously not in the same price range. I am in need of a car and was very interested in getting something right then and there. But the fact that I knew he was lying to me about the nissan kept me from wanting to deal with him any further; so I said thank you and left. About 20mins ago, I called the dealership to ask about the car again (just for the xxxx of it)...and guess what? I was told it was just SOLD this morning! I relayed the info and my experience with Juan from yesterday and the person that answered the phone tells me that he's not sure who I dealt with or why they told me the car had been in an accident. He advised the car had never been in an accident and that it definitely was a great deal and was sold this morning. If i could give this dealership a ZERO...I definitely would. This is why i despise car salesmen and the process of purchasing a car. There is always a bait and switch....there are always lies.... And it wasn't just JUAN! There was also another guy (in an office, sitting behind a desk) that was telling Juan not to sell me the car. I'm so glad I decided not to see any other cars on their lot. CHEATED OUT OF $500 DON'T believe the 4 & 5 star reviews which are most likely Nissan's employees, friends and relatives I am RE-POSTING since Nissan World of Denville at DON'T believe the 4 & 5 star reviews which are most likely Nissan's employees, friends and relatives I am RE-POSTING since Nissan World of Denville attempted to cover-up my past review by deleting it. I was very sick and disoriented when I purchased a vehicle but I needed a larger car because I was planning to move out of the state. Nicole, my saleswoman and Juan, the Finance Manager did not care that I was sick and they were pushy to sell me a car. Juan agreed to trade in my car for $8,000. Nicole made a copy of my check to purchase a new car and told me to hold onto original check and to bring it in when I come in the following week. The next day, UNEXPECTEDLY, Nicole and another Nissan male employee came to my apartment and demanded the original check and Nicole denied that she told me to hold onto the check. My 87 year old mother was frightened because she thought they were robbers. After I gave Nicole the check, I instructed her not to cash it until the following Thursday. The following week, my bank charged me $35.00 for insufficient funds because Nissan had cashed my check prior to Thursday. When I felt better, I noticed on my sales contract that I only received $7,500 for the trade-in for my car. When I asked Juan why I did not receive $8,000 for the trade-in value, he said it's because I would pay less taxes. Juan cheated me out of $500! Nissan World of Denville is GREEDY, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DECEITFUL!!! More

Outstanding experience Juan made us feel like we were his best deal of the month yet we were probably the smallest. So went out of his way. Great experience, leased 2015 Nissan Rogue Select We wanted to lease 2015 Honda Accord and CR-V, made an easy deal on the Accord at Joyce Honda but as they were sold out of the CR-V LX models we decid We wanted to lease 2015 Honda Accord and CR-V, made an easy deal on the Accord at Joyce Honda but as they were sold out of the CR-V LX models we decided to go nearby to Nissan World of Denville and work of the Rogue Select. This vehicle was our second choice after the CR-V. It's not that we have anything against the Nissan brand, just had a good experience with Honda for many years. We had let the dealer know that we would be coming and they gave us some preliminary numbers. Our sales representative was Juan Barrera. He offered us ( on our request) two models for test drive: Select and S. We test-drove, we inspected both models diligently considering all features and differences including that in the price. We decided to negotiate the Select as it was less expensive. We did our homework and had some target numbers in mind. Juan was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient (we came around 5pm on Sat and the dealership works until 6pm). He and his colleagues gave us all the time we needed. Once we started negotiations after a couple of back-and-forth we managed to forge a deal which was very close to the numbers we had in mind. The car was delivered to us by 7:30pm same evening. My car insurer was not available to put the v=new vehicle under my policy, so Juan took care and insured the car for three days. The whole process was painless, quick and efficient. Definitely would recommend Juan and Nissan World of Denville. More
