Dave, Thank you for the feedback, We would have loved to earn a 5 Star rating and understand completely your point regarding the cigarette smell. I hope that you had the opportunity to speak to our Sales Manager, Donald personally about the promise because it's always been my opinion that promises made should certainly be carried out. And Don is a great follow through person, but possibly did not have a chance to help. If this is still a concern, please by all means contact him at (321) 723-3611 and speak to him about it. Mr. Hills, I am sorry that you feel that your experience has been so bad regarding the purchase of a 2011 Silverado truck that you bought approximately 2 years ago with 111,000 miles on it. Truthfully, we encourage our clients to post reviews that give us the opportunity to respond, but this sounds written out of sheer anger because a component that can't be covered under warranty is not working, leaving you with a very negative slant to the wording in your review. Actually, you purchased a wonderful extended warranty that covers many expensive components on your vehicle, items such as engines, transmissions, air-conditioning systems, steering, and many other parts as well. No one ever mentioned "bumper to bumper" which infers everything on the vehicle would be covered, and we just don't represent or sell it as such, as that is not what the warranty is. Your concern is with a radio that is not a covered component on this 2011 truck with 111,000 miles at time of purchase. You encourage others to not buy a warranty, when again the facts are that this type of vehicle repair contract has covered many very expensive repairs for our clients throughout 40 plus years of retailing vehicles in Brevard County. You even brand us as "rude" because this type of repair is not covered and say that others that purchase a warranty will be denied as well. That is totally untrue. If we could cover the repair, we would gladly do so for you as we would be reimbursed for the parts and labor, but occasionally as in this case with a non-covered component, the responsibility for the repair reverts to the purchaser.
