Bought a used car Josuel was very nice, he treated me very fairly and helped me find what it was I was looking for without trying to push me more towards something I di Josuel was very nice, he treated me very fairly and helped me find what it was I was looking for without trying to push me more towards something I didn't like. Ricart worked with me as well, I didn't have a down payment prepared as I was just wanting to initally look as I have a leased car with them due this year that I was gonna turn in. They did everything they could to get me into the car I wanted. I will be continuing to give them my business in the future as they are very good to me. More

Only negative was I did not receive an owners manual and the sales manager would not provide one or make arrangements for me to acquire one. Purchased a top of the line used SUV - they could have and should have thrown in a manual or provided a credit for me to purchase one. Great salesman. Doing the deal was minutes and not hours. No games. I liked the process without any of the stereotypical sales techniques. More
