I went in tonight to buy what was my families 11th car at Mark Kia. Matthew was amazing. He made everything easy. I got more than I hoped for and am so happy with my yellow Kia Soul. Josh and Juan were amazi Mark Kia. Matthew was amazing. He made everything easy. I got more than I hoped for and am so happy with my yellow Kia Soul. Josh and Juan were amazing as usual. This supposive sales manager has absolutely no customer service. After wanting more info about a trade in and deal offered to me he was short and rude when I asked specifics about numbers, He gave me no in service. After wanting more info about a trade in and deal offered to me he was short and rude when I asked specifics about numbers, He gave me no information on forms I was signing and when I asked he said "fill it out to the best of your ability and walked off ". Him and sales man told me I would be getting a great deal yet after all numbers and totals, I am paying more which is the first thing I told them I didn't want yet they didn't care. I also felt as if this manager was in a hurry to sell and appeared demanding on wanting to sell me the car color of his choice and not mine. Thankfully I was addiment and stuck with my request for the color I wanted and he didn't buy me out on that. I mean come on, on a $30,000+ car I think anyone would want to purchase their car in Color of choice. On top of waiting 2-3hrs I had to mention to them I needed to get to an appointment. I was able to still use car I was trading in to get to my appointment yet before I left kindly asked if they could do the window tint with how I wanted it done . When I came back the tint they did was the basic one yet I paid their fee of $700 and I asked them specifically for the dark tint with legal on required sides law requires ALSO my security system Kahu was not installed. I was pretty much just handed the keys and nothing explained. I had to return for service of tint two days later and it gets worse, I come in talk to sales man then this "manager" comes up I express my concerns about finance and once again he is short and rude and says well now everything is signed for. Pretty much a slap in the face in other words this man doesn't care. I follow on telling him about tint and my security system and you can tell both him and sales man Calvin have an attitude and ask for my keys and walk off. When I ask them if they can also put strip of tint on dash which they didn't do first time, they both keep telling me it's supposively not legal any more in their dealer yet on previous 2019 car I purchased in September they did it with no problem. I ask to speak with someone in service and thankfully Cody was there and saves the day. With no hesitation Cody lets me know the dash tint strip can be done and they will fix the rest to all limo dark with driver and passenger side to what law requires with a positive attitude and smile on his face. If I could say Cody in service had better customer service skill and was more personable + helpful and understanding, best believe he did. Cody did an amazing job!! Absolutely not sorry for my rant about this horrible "sales manager" at Mark Kia... If you can avoid him please do. It will save you energy, a nasty attitude+ time and overall poor customer service + money of course. It's too bad we actually have to mark a star on here. If I could I would mark no stars for this manager Joshua. More

VIN# s on the sheet JJ sent me on Sat. 12/28 and the sheet you had to get my car from another dealer, when it was sitting on your lot the whole time. VIN# s on the sheet JJ sent me on Sat. 12/28 and the sheet you filled out when started with you on 12/30 have the same VIN as the car you supposedly got from another dealer. You are dishonest. That was one example of the BS Rich and I had to deal with. More

Terrible Salesman that lie through their teeth. I have been dealing with this location for the last 4 days over the same vehicle. The first rep we spoke with [Mark Banks] would not even waste his ti I have been dealing with this location for the last 4 days over the same vehicle. The first rep we spoke with [Mark Banks] would not even waste his time with my girlfriend or I (We are 22 years old) as soon I said we did not have a trade in and was interested in an F-150. He basically walked us out the door and said he would be in touch later that evening and that we could come back as early as 7:30 the next morning. He never sent us the requested info and when we showed up at 7:30 the next day he said he would not be in until later and to "text me like nine grab soething to eat if close and I'll update you ASAP" verbatim with the typos, to which he never followed up. We were extremely excited about this vehicle so we followed up with another rep {Calvin) who was great and actually informed us that the vehicle had been in an accident and that they would be inspecting the car for damage, something Mark completely neglected to tell us. I was still interested in the vehicle as we were coming in with about 15k and we wanted to get the best bang for our buck so I followed up with three other employees including manager Joshua Stonestreet to gather information. It was not until I got in touch with Max Kemp that I actually received any type of service and even a simple response to our questions. The only reason to ever even consider this location is their price, and honestly that could just be a one off scenario for this one vehicle. If you want full disclosure, or to not be discriminated against stay away from this dealer. More

Terrible follow up with purchase We purchased a 2018Honda Clarity with 9,000 miles on it. The sale took way too long. JJ was fine but once he got us to sign this Sales Agreement he We purchased a 2018Honda Clarity with 9,000 miles on it. The sale took way too long. JJ was fine but once he got us to sign this Sales Agreement he disappeared. We sat for hours waiting to complete the paperwork. As we were paying cash there was no reason to wait but the managers just kept telling us...a few more minutes. It wasn’t until we were walking out the door and giving up they finally got it together. JJ delivered the car and picked up our trade. He was supposed to bring copies of all the paperwork we signed. He did not and only gave us one set of keys. He was over 2 hours late. I made 8 calls requesting paperwork and a second set of keys. It was only afterIposted our experience on line that some of the paperwork was delivered by email. I asked for but never got a copy of the CarFax report, which we signed. I need that as it will show Service records for the car. As it is now weeks later...no keys, no communication...I would not do business with this dealer again and will not recommend them More
