I could not have asked for a better service. Charlie is the reason that I came back to Sudbury BMW for our fourth BMW. And last, but not least, Joshua Kem was great to work with. He was extremely patient and helpful in taking my though the finance options and optional coverages. He made it as painless as possible and was also a pleasure to work with. Went in to service my car. I was loyal to Herb Chambers Sudbury because I have brought 2 BMW’s to date from this dealership. I inquired about trading in my current car to upgra I was loyal to Herb Chambers Sudbury because I have brought 2 BMW’s to date from this dealership. I inquired about trading in my current car to upgrade. The sales person never called me and then when I called he was too busy to help me. The sales department has really gone downhill with their service and salesmanship. My visit was very disappointing and I will not be doing business with this dealership again. I traveled to Sudbury even though I live in Shrewsbury, Ma and I have a BMW dealership 5 minutes from my house. The salesman non-response is concerning and disappointing because I really wanted to give this dealership my business. The service department remains professional and Stephanie & Jeremy were great. More
