What was really impressive was that JJ went out of his way to contact the truck's previous owner and track down the spare key for me. This saved me over $200 and a trip to another dealer. When I came back to sign paperwork and picking up my beautiful new XT5 I was pleasantly surprised that JJ remembered my favorite two radio stations, as he had already programmed them in for me! Who is that attentive and cares about these little things? Honestly, in all the years I have purchased cars/vans/suvs I have never been so throughly impressed by such an outstanding sales guy! Ed Morse is very blessed to have such a wonderful sales person! I would highly recommend JJ, and think he deserves the highest marks possible! More
