This is now the second car I’ve bought from Jim McConville at Halleen Kia, and both times now I’ve been in and out of the dealership in about half the time you’d expect. Jim collected as much information as he could ahead of time, and had the car waiting for me when I arrived. Even when I sold cars for a living, I was never able to make the process this smooth. I have been buying and leasing cars from Kia of North Olmsted for years. Jim has been the best salesman to work with. There is never any pressure. He is very clear when going over the deal. He also took me back and introduced me to the service department so I know where to go and who to talk to for my service needs. I just bought my wife a new Sportage. There are ALOT of electronics in this vehicle. While I was in financing he spent a half hour or more going over the operation of all the options with my wife. She loves the car and everything it is able to do. Jim is a huge asset to your company. I will be back for more vehicles. More
