Joshua was very helpful throughout the pre-order process and providing updates as we waited for our Sienna. We had an enjoyable experience on all levels. Our sales rep Josh (who has been there 6 years) was professional, not pushy and took the time to answer all our questions. He even got a mechanic to pause what he was doing to answer some technical questions for us and the mechanic was equally professional. The finance person (Josh) made us feel comfortable with the process, he was very respectful and provided thorough explanations for every step. This dealership in my opinion is what all dealerships should pattern themselves after. We will go back for our next purchase. More
