Much more pleasurable experience than with the other area dealer we had visited the day before (who told me I couldn't get the vehicle in orange unless it came from AL or GA, then I found one across town). Knew their stuff (I do my research and typically know more about the vehicle going in than most salespersons, so I know if they don't). Seemed fair and honest and if the service department is much the same, it could be the start of a long relationship. Got a certified pre-owned Crosstrek with low miles (service loaner) and better warranty (7 yrs/100.000 miles) than the brand new ones! More

I started out using the Subaru websites (both corporate and local dealer). They were extremely helpful and got me started on the right foot. Josh called me very soon after I posted my interest and from there we were able to make a deal on my new Subaru Forester XT. Josh did well. He could tell I already knew which vehicle I wanted and made the event as short as possible for me. In the end I felt good about my purchase. I have owned Subarus for over 20 years and as long as the company keeps producing a quality product and doing things like the share the love program I will keep buying their vehicles. I did a ton of research online, knew what i wanted to pay on the car. I had initially made contact with Josh through the internet sales. When i came in to take a test drive and buy the car i was given the fa on the car. I had initially made contact with Josh through the internet sales. When i came in to take a test drive and buy the car i was given the fair price i was looking for without any hassle. Josh was very friend and down-to-earth. I didn't feel like he was trying any car sales "tricks" on me or anything. Just straight to the point not wasting either of our time. He followed up with me after the sale and held on to some items i had left in my old car (trade) and reminded me that they were in his possession even after i had forgotten myself. Overall i was very happy with my experience at Subaru of Jacksonville and with Josh. This was my second Subaru and when i go to look for my third i will be sure to look up Josh at Subaru of Jacksonville. More

At the end of October, I went into another Subaru dealership within the area to view a vehicle that my son and his girlfriend were interested in purchasing, unfortunately I was not given the service dealership within the area to view a vehicle that my son and his girlfriend were interested in purchasing, unfortunately I was not given the service I expected. I spoke to my son and told him to go to Subaru of Jacksonville that is where Mr. Josh Strickland assisted them. On November 25, 2013, I contacted Mr. Josh Strickland in behalf of my son and his girlfriend and advised him that I would be the one discussing any purchase agreements and we were not going to make any decisions until I researched other dealerships. Josh responded to all of my questions and provided written quotes. Josh allowed several days pass and contacted me to determine our decision; we decided to meet on December 7th. When we arrived at the dealership not only Josh provided outstanding service, everyone we spoke to provided excellent service. Because of the service provided by Josh a 2014 Forester was purchased. In addition, to receiving outstanding service from Josh, Mr. Juan Hernandez assisted with educating on features of the vehicle. Because of Josh and Juan outstanding service, I have told several co workers of the amazing service provided by Jacksonville Subaru. I would like to take this opportunity to commend Josh Strickland and Juan Hernandez for providing Outstanding service. Josh was very helpful from my first visit, through my subsequent visits, through the final sale visit. When my difficult schedule necessitated a visit when Josh was not there, he arranged, in advance, for me to meet with one of his colleagues, David. David was also very helpful and easy to work with, like Josh. I much appreciated both of them and their patience and helping me to reach decisions that were best for me. It was a very positive experience from beginning to end, and I would recommend the dealership and both of them individually. More

All folks I came into contact with a the dealer were friendly and welcoming. Josh was very patient and let me test drive the two models I wanted to see. No pressure at all. I wasn't pleased with initial trade offer so returned home. After a follow-up email from Josh, I negotiated more on the trade and Josh worked with me and his manager to get me what I wanted. When I returned to the dealer several days later to take delivery, I expected some trick to add charges or reduce my trade. There was none of that. In fact, Josh worked with the finance manager so that he was the only person I had to deal with in signing all the papers. The dealership is great. I wish it was closer to my home town but will definitely recommend to others that the trip to Jacksonville is worth the time. More
