Oil change went smooth but service tech broke my glove box dampener. 2nd time this has happened. Will not buy anther cabin filter at the dealership. I brought it in for an issue and they tried to “find” the issue and never contacted Jeep service center to see if there have been others like it!! Worst service experience at a dealership that I have ever been involved with. Every step of the way there was another misstep in communication. It started with me being told several times I did not have exte been involved with. Every step of the way there was another misstep in communication. It started with me being told several times I did not have extended warranty when I did. They had to contact finance to determine that I did have extended coverage. It spiraled down hill from there. Greeted with kindness and a smile on the ramp. Service writer wrote down what was wrong then sent it to the technician for repair. Returned the truck in working condition . I have had my vehicle in the shop severl times for the same issue. While several of the issues were addressed, the main issue of the radio not comming on or just blanking out for several minuetes, and the same issue. While several of the issues were addressed, the main issue of the radio not comming on or just blanking out for several minuetes, and the auto shutoff still continue to be a problem. When my vehicle is in the service department, they are very good with communicating what is going on. If it is out of the shop witing on parts, that communication is lacking. Several times I had to inquire weeks later, if the parts that had been ordered had come in rather than beeing notified by service that they were in. Being over an hour away from the dealer does not afford me a shuttle ride, nor are there loaner cars or rentals for warranty service. This makes getting my vehicle into the shop for a lengthy dignosis proces and repair very difficut. While I have purchased several vehicles from Roger Williams in the past, and for the most part the staff are very helpfull. These logisticl issues do make it difficult to consider another purchase in the futuer. More
