Hendrick Chevrolet responded

Customer never provided a phone number with their lead for dealership team to call. Customer received 5 emails from dealership after lead was submitted and never opened them. Our dealership does not deserve this one star review and this should be removed as it's affecting 10 salespeople's accounts who were also never involved and are just as innocent as our dealership. Thank you.
