Just what I’ve been looking for! For three years now I’ve been wanting a new car but never enough to go out of my way for it. In that time I definitely narrowed down what I wanted in my new car. I knew what make and model, and year. I knew what I needed and didn’t want. I was in contact with Josh several times and we were both keeping our eyes out on a Yukon xl. I even told him not to show me anything with black interior. Until one day I checked your website and you finally had a Yukon xl, 2019 with super low mileage. Only problem? Black interiors. Well decided to go check it out anyways. I messaged Josh. He set it up. I fell in love with it, and left the dealership with my dream car. Josh has excellent customer service skills and knows how to deliver a wonderful experience. Adam with credit is an excellent asset to your organization as well. I’m extremely pleased with my purchase and overall experience. I recommend Josh Grantham and BMW of Columbia to anyone I know is looking for a vehicle. More

Josh Grantham and Adam Miller walked me through the entire process. They never pressured me in any way, and made sure all my questions were answered before I made my trip up to Missouri. A Great Experience!!!! Each time I purchase a car from a dealership, I completely dread it. When I called Josh Grantham to inquire about a car I was interested in, I told h Each time I purchase a car from a dealership, I completely dread it. When I called Josh Grantham to inquire about a car I was interested in, I told him what time I would be by that day. When I arrived, he had the car pulled to the front of the building, a dealer plate on it and the engine running so the A/C would have it cooled off. I test drove the car and began negotiations with Josh. I didn't make a decision that day. I contacted him the next day with another counter-offer and the car was mine! When I arrived to pick it up later that day, Josh had the car clean, filled the gas tank and ensured the paperwork was ready. I met with Adam Miller, who was very organized, efficient and the paperwork was done in lightning speed! AND, Adam gave me a card for a free oil change! I also get free car washes at the dealership as long as I own the car! What I appreciated the most about my experience is that I was buying possibly the cheapest car on the lot at Joe Machens BMW, but I was treated as if I was buying the most expensive car. I never felt as if I was being pressured and the facility is beautiful. Thank you both for a wonderful experience!!!! More
