Upfront Spoiler Alert! !! Bottom line, our experience was fantastic! We saw a car on the BMW lot that we were interested in test driving several days earlier. We drove it an !! Bottom line, our experience was fantastic! We saw a car on the BMW lot that we were interested in test driving several days earlier. We drove it and it was ok. Our sales agent, Brett, picked up on the mixed reactions that my wife and I had, so he suggested that we try the X5. We had never considered BMW, but since we were there, why not! WOW! What an eye opener! We test drove several models, but always kept coming back to the X5. It was too late………we had fallen in love! We worked out a deal that was perfect for us. My wife and I always felt that we were in control of the pricing, color choices, and the other bells and whistles that we wanted. Brett was there just to answer our questions and provide other helpful information that we needed. BINGO!!! It was a done deal within 4 hours! If you are car shopping and not sure what exactly you want…….go to BMW of Columbia! If you don’t have a “car guy”………ask for Brett Cloon! He was as easy going and non-pressuring as could be! The team over at BMW of Columbia was straightforward, transparent, professional, and caring of our needs. We can't say enough about this dealership. We traded in 2 cars and purchased an X5. They were fair with the trade-in values and the price of the new car. We had to order the X5, and it took about a mont 2 cars and purchased an X5. They were fair with the trade-in values and the price of the new car. We had to order the X5, and it took about a month or so. Josh was in contact with updates frequently. Brad handled the financing, was knowledgable (thank you for telling us about the refund of extended services on our old car), and efficient. We have bought from various dealerships and have felt that BMW was one of the most honest, fair, and pleasant to deal with!! We do love our X5, by the way!! More
