He constantly keeps me informed of my ownership status, and gives me advanced notice of opportunities as they apply to my purchases. Joe V. makes it very easy to buy a car...takes care of the details that, for me, often wind up being an unpleasant task. Joe Tiso has been my go-to contact, for many years, in this dealership's service department. His attention to detail, concern for satisfaction, has made it very easy to obtain service. The customer service is excellent & you can tell that they genuinely care. Everything is explained to you thoroughly so you understand & know what's being done to your car. Everyone in the service department is friendly & it honestly feels like they know you personally. I'm always satisfied with the quality of work that they do. They're definitely better than my other dealer & when it comes time to buy another Volvo, I'll come to this dealer with no hesitation. 5 stars More
