Rick Perlmutter is a wonderful person to work with when you are looking for your new car. He was able to locate a car which met all of our criteria and have it at the dealership within a few days. He was responsive to all of our questions and concerns. He is very knowledgeable about the functionality and features of these advanced vehicles. When taking delivery of the car, he was on time and patient to explain ALL the features. There was not a single question that he could not answer. We have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership each time using Rick and have had the same experience each and every time. He even follows up a few days after delivery to see if we have additional questions. He actually cares that his clients are truly happy. I purchased a 2018 S90. Very good car. And I had what I felt was a good experience leasing the car. The price was good too. Service until the lease was due in 2021 was excel Very good car. And I had what I felt was a good experience leasing the car. The price was good too. Service until the lease was due in 2021 was excellent. Since I had only 32,000 miles on a 45,000 mile lease, and new cars were going for more than sticker, I purchased the car off the lease. This is when the trouble with Volvo of Huntington began. The salesman told me I HAD to purchase an extended warranty. It was expensive. I didn't want to. He said that Volvo required it. I contacted Volvo finance and they said that was absolutely not the case. I contacted someone I knew at NYSADA who then contacted the dealership. At that point I received a call from the sales manager complaining to me that he had quotas to meet and that they were in business to make money. How is this my problem. I bought the car without the extended warranty. Now it's time for an oil change and they wanted $180 plus 3.5% surcharge for a credit card. When they handed me the authorization, it should $1,800. Oops. An honest mistake but thankfully I caught it. I handed it back unsigned and drove away. I will never go back there. What they don't know is that my wife was going to purchase an XC60 soon. Too bad for them. I'll pay for good products and good service but they're dishonest. The service department has always been great. Those that work there don't set policy and have always been a pleasure to deal with. Too bad they work at that dealership. More

Edduin was great throughout the process. Though it was a new model he walked me through the system and setting up the application. in summer of 2020 I had a few problems with my used in summer of 2020 I had a few problems with my used Volvo I bought, including the fact that I had to the unlock button dozens of time for the ca in summer of 2020 I had a few problems with my used Volvo I bought, including the fact that I had to the unlock button dozens of time for the car to open. I am not kidding if it is less than 10 times I feel like the car is functioning well, every morning when I have to leave it is usually between 20-40 clicks of the button for the car to open, now most people would say “must be the batter”… but that doesn’t make sense because at the time the car was a year and a half old, and it happened every single time with both keys, so I brought the car to Huntington Volvo to have this issue resolved, they gave me the car back the next day and told me it was a software issue and is now fixed, they were very much wrong! I contacted them back a few months later and explained to the woman who was making my new appt the situation again, and her response was “what is your phone number?” now for a company that claims through their automated that they provide “exceptional” service, I could not believe a simple apology for the matter I was dealing with could exit this woman’s mouth at the same time, so I said “everything I just explained to you are things you claimed were fixed the first time (there was an issue with the sunroof too) so you really can’t say sorry” her response was another “what is your phone number?” so in a moment of shock, after spending $35k+ on a European automobile thinking that I would receive even a shred of empathy when the service provided is up to absolutely no one’s standards seeing that my car was still giving me the same problems, I used an expletive to describe this woman’s attitude, actions and overall demeanor, since then they have REFUSED to take my car in and due the repair they promised me to begin with, when if they would’ve just taken the time to do the right thing and fix it in the first place, this issue would have never come up, since the I have also contacted Volvo of NA multiple times just to have them tell me there is nothing that they can do, as a matter of fact there is, STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT, and make the dealerships that you license your name to stand behind the product as well, as someone who was going to be in the market for a XC60 for my fiancé, I do not feel as if Volvo or any of their local dealers is deserving of my business now, and frankly I would not feel comfortable buying a bumper sticker from them after this experience More

I now have had 3 Volvos and will not go to any other dealership than Huntington Volvo. From the 2 valets that greet you, Albert and Juan to my favorite advisor, Joe Tiso, the service is better than gre dealership than Huntington Volvo.
