He was personable, knowledgeable and wasn't pushy or overbearing. He answered all my questions and really seemed to want to know what I was looking for and never tried to upsell me. The entire staff that I dealt with (Eric Dugas and Joseph Payne) were great but the sales person is the face of the dealership and for me Tarek is the best. I will certainly tell everyone I know who is looking for a car to go see Tarek and Ferman. He is an asset to Ferman and I will look no further when I need another car. More
