I was extremely pleased with Audi Lakeland in general and Sales Specialist Joseph Mortillaro in particular. My buying experience was unusual as I bought a used car after seeing it in Autotrader as a replacem Sales Specialist Joseph Mortillaro in particular. My buying experience was unusual as I bought a used car after seeing it in Autotrader as a replacement for a car that was totalled. And I live 300 miles from the dealership. Joseph was literally willing to go the extra mile, to the point of picking me up at Tampa Airport. I figured out that I could drop off our loaner car in Lakeland and Joseph picked me up there. It was a very easy from there and after all the paper signing, I drove off in my "new", beautifully detailed car. The dealership was as I had hoped. The staff was friendly, enthusiastic, and professional. There was no pressure throughout the entire episode. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
