Totally surprised! It was very refreshing to purchase a new car and have a very good feeling when we left the dealership. From start to finish this dealership as a whole is a first class experience! Adam Murczek our sales professional was a no nonsense, straightforward, personable Individual. Garrett Soderlund helped Adam with the process which continued to make our experience seamless. Also during this process there was multiple people at the dealership making sure our 8 and 9 year old boys were kept busy with computer games and had snacks to make the situation that much less stressful. Joseph Limjuco also made the financing process simple. Paperwork went by quickly and the technology of a desktop touchscreen built into the desk was really cool. Jacob Starke the delivery specialist explained the vehicle from front to back to my wife which made learning a new vehicle with lots of options much easier. We would highly recommend this dealership! More

Best experience! They were so patient and willing to find a way to work with my situation which took longer than expected. Stress-Free Lease Trade-In My first 3 year lease with this dealership went so well that I felt comfortable leasing a new car with them. I live out of state I literally drove 5 h My first 3 year lease with this dealership went so well that I felt comfortable leasing a new car with them. I live out of state I literally drove 5 hours to work with this Inifini dealership over my local one because my first lease with them was so outstanding. I dealt mostly with Mark Roncone who made the process easy, answered all of my questions, and got me a great lease price on a car that had what I was looking for. Unfortunately Mark could not be there the day I picked up the car, so Dale Morrone and Shane Farrell took over, who were both excellent as well. I also spoke with Joseph Limjuco for financing and Jacob Starke to go over the features of my new car. Overall, I have zero complaints and would recommend this dealership to anyone. I expect that I will be making the drive out to Illinois again when this lease is up in 3 years. More

Great Experience! We traded in our 2014 QX80 for a 2018 QX80 and the transition was seamless! No pressure no hassle. Our initial visit was unlike any I've had in th We traded in our 2014 QX80 for a 2018 QX80 and the transition was seamless! No pressure no hassle. Our initial visit was unlike any I've had in the past. After telling Randy what vehicle we were interested in, he made a copy of my license and handed me the keys. " It's parked right outside the door, enjoy your test drive. If you leave your keys with me I'll have a trade-in value by the time you get back". We returned ten minuets later and after sitting down with him for a few minuets, we had a price for the new vehicle including our trade in. We thanked him and told him we had another vehicle we wanted to look at at another dealership and he shook our hands, said "if you decide on our vehicle, stop back, we would appreciate your business". The whole encounter took under a half an hour and my wife and I walked out of the showroom looking at each other in amazement. No ride along with the salesman making constant conversation and distracting us while we were trying to decide weather or not this was the vehicle for us. Our salesman didn't walk out of his office and leave us there for twenty minuets so he could "talk to the sales manger". We didn't even get accosted by the "big man in the suit" who is usually the last ditch effort to sell you on their vehicle before leaving the showroom. We returned the next day and purchased the truck without even looking at any other vehicle. All in all our experience was great. We got the vehicle we wanted and didn't have to go through all of the nonsense most dealerships put you through. When it comes time for our next vehicle, Infinity of Naperville will be our first stop! More

Purchased my wife’s Infiniti QX60 in 2015 from Infiniti of Naperville and it was the most painless car-buying experience I’ve encountered. So, I went back to purchase a used Q50 to downsize from my SUV. Emailed our salesperson (Randy Chin) a week or so prior to making the purchase. Price was competitive with similar vehicles I’ve reviewed over the last few weeks. Had an offer for both my trade-in, which they matched, and pre-approved financing, which they beat. No games played by neither the salesman nor the Finance Manager, Joe Limjuco. Had planned on purchasing an extended warranty and their cost/coverage was better and cheaper than reputable warranty companies I’d found on the internet (e.g., CarChex). If you’re in the market for a new/CPO Infiniti or one of their non-Infiniti used cars, I would definitely recommend Randy Chin and the folks at Infiniti of Naperville. More
