Firstly, I was disappointed with the lack of follow-up from your team. After my initial visit and purchase of a vehicle, I was expecting some form of communication or follow-up to discuss further details . However, I never received any such communication. Moreover, during my visit to your dealership, a promise was made to address a specific issue or concern, but it was not kept. This discrepancy has left me feeling disheartened and frustrated. As a customer, I believe in open and honest communication, and I trust that your dealership values its customers' satisfaction.
