Miracle New Car Purchase I received VIP treatment this time. My purchase of a new 2018 Honda Fit CVT was a miracle executed by angels at DCH Kay Honda. Ekaterina Grits I received VIP treatment this time. My purchase of a new 2018 Honda Fit CVT was a miracle executed by angels at DCH Kay Honda. Ekaterina Gritsenko, my Client Advisor is an intuitive and caring businesswoman who gets the job done. She listens carefully and is detail-oriented. Ekaterina gave me a high amount for my trade-in (2013 Honda Fit Sport Manual) and a heads-up regarding the auto insurance company’s game. Jenni Negrin, is a well-rounded business manager who thinks outside of the box. She saved me a lot of money by pushing for and obtaining a lower interest rate on my loan. She also worked on this sale during her day off. Jenni is a good person who enjoys people and her job. Joseph Budner, my Service Advisor is skilled and efficient. He quickly assessed the cause of a tire pressure issue that arose, kept up with me throughout my visit with Jenni, and walked me to the door to retrieve my new car in time for me to return to work. Basically, everyone (including anyone whose name I do not know) improvised when necessary and worked well together as a team to complete this sale. General Manager, Ray Desimone (DCH Academy Honda); General Sales Manager, Adrian Acosta (DCH Academy Honda) and former Client Advisor, Steve Simon also contributed to the success of this sale. Oil change/seatbelt warranty work Joe warned us the wait time would be longer than usual because of service shop heat issues and a busy holiday week. Nader is very knowledgeable about the Honda car line and he can always point you to the right vehicle based on your needs. Mike is fantastic in crunching numbers a nd always try to help you to get the best deal possible. Pat always show you the right options that fits your budget and can help you down the road.
