Horrible they did not fix my tire problem i brought my car in june 27 for service told them about my tire light that kept comin on even after i put air. On June 30th light came on again brought back the car july 1st to tell them to please check mor just put air they gavw me back the car said they didnt see anything nut the tire light was gone so im guessing they pit air again. July 3rd light came on again I decided to take it somewhere else to a chevron gas station auto shop and within 10 mins they found the leak in the front right tire ans patched it for me. So I paid toyota for a crappy car service and then had to pay the auto shop who actually got the job done I should’ve went to them first instead od trusting toyota. More

My dealership overall treated us good. We purchased two vehicles, one preowned and one new Camry‘s. Under the weather related circumstances, we were unable to fully check out the preowned We purchased two vehicles, one preowned and one new Camry‘s. Under the weather related circumstances, we were unable to fully check out the preowned vehicle, although it was exactly what we were looking for after a day of having it at home, we discovered that the vehicle was infested with roaches. When I told our sales person about the problem she seem to be surprised that this could’ve happened. My options at the time were to return the vehicle that we had searched for. Demand that the dealership resolve the problem or resolve the issue on my own out of the three choices I chose to resolve it on my own. My choice was based on trust in doing what I thought was right. I know that if I did the job it would get done because the vehicle was for my daughter. If I trusted it to someone else, I’m not sure to what extent they would go to make sure that my vehicle was returned, clean and insect free. It is an ongoing process , we have done two phases of insect extermination and will do a third treatment this weekend. As of today the method of treatment I have used has been affective and has given us favorable results. I am not sure if there is anything the dealership could do at this point to make it right. So two vehicles later purchased at Lipton Toyota I am recommending that the dealership pay closer attention to the condition of the vehicles that are being sold as preowned vehicles.. how do you insect problem was not discovered when they were detailing the car is beyond comprehension and not acceptable.
