Terrible service don’t take your car here . Bought my vehicle to be service got it back with scratches and scrapes to the exterior. the interior was filthy and stained with handprints.They Are Bought my vehicle to be service got it back with scratches and scrapes to the exterior. the interior was filthy and stained with handprints.They Are terrible in communication.Will dodge your calls and never give you updates on what is going on with you vehicle.Never heard a word from them kept my car for 3 months. I purchased a car from here 3 months ago. the car was a brand new mustang Mach-E with very little mileage. the car had charging problems from the first time i tried to charge it And had to end up getting brand new mustang Mach-E with very little mileage. the car had charging problems from the first time i tried to charge it And had to end up getting it serviced 3 times in the first month of purchase. Not only that, i had to bring the car back 2 more times for the same issue and still no help. i have made complaint after complaint, called ford motor company and the better business BBB. The original purchase was difficult and unprofessional and i should have know from that experience not to purchase from them. they are rude and unhelpfu, please do not go there And inspect your vehicles! More

He went out of his way to try to find me the car I wanted. Jose got me a 7 year or 100k warranty and was able to drop the price by 3k. Ford didn’t wash my vehicle after purchase, and added on a 3k c wanted. Jose got me a 7 year or 100k warranty and was able to drop the price by 3k.
