Bought a new 2021 RAV4 at Pat Lobb a few days ago. My experience there couldn’t have been better. Jose was very knowledgeable and efficient. He answered all my questions and made sure to instruct me on c experience there couldn’t have been better. Jose was very knowledgeable and efficient. He answered all my questions and made sure to instruct me on certain features that were new to me. My kids wanted me to have the latest safety features available. Jose was very good at explaining them all. He also explained all the paperwork thoroughly without it taking hours like it used to. Would definitely buy there again. More

overall a great experience with Jose at this dealership. He had the car I was interested in ready when I arrived, answered all my questions, didn’t pressure me at all, and got me a great deal. Only complaint was that I would have loved a really slow, thorough explanation of each number put in front of me during the financing conversation. It was just a bit too rushed. More
