I was luckily able to finally work with Kevin Defrancesco. He was so professional and kind and made the visit almost fun. He’s great at connecting with people and has such a great knowledge of the Product and has the gift of gab!! Would strongly recommend working with Kevin D he’s the best!! More

Jose Monteiro was a fantastic sales consultant. He asked a lot of questions and made sure that I picked out the right car for me. He explained differences and didn't force the upsell (although that is what a lot of questions and made sure that I picked out the right car for me. He explained differences and didn't force the upsell (although that is what I ended up purchasing was the higher end Rav4). I love the car and Jose was amazing to deal with. As a note, because of demand and chip set shortages, the dealers are all getting surcharges over the sticker price. Some dealerships are including these charges in their advertised price and some are not (like Imperial Toyota) so comparing costs can be difficult on-line without understanding this nuance. More

I purchased my RAV4 back the end of April and my salesman Jose Monteiro was fantastic. Very honest and accommodating. Highly recommend him. Not a fan. I had an okay sales rep (1st rep Moe was great. We walked in without an appt and he took care of it until his appointment arrived) but the sales manager was.... really not my cup of tea. We definitely felt judged from the moment we walked in. The funny thing is I guarantee my credit was better than ANY customer they had for all of 2021 (bold statement) They played the typical game going back and forth to the sales desk and each time it was the best deal the sales rep ever seen (4 times) I really wanted the new 2021 Rav 4 for my wife. We were close to a deal but ultimately they wanted us to pay MSRP for the car. Like, listen nobody is paying MSRP. People paying below invoice. The dealer is not taking a loss TRUST me they get what's called dealer hold back from the manufacturer. It's more if the dealer WANTS to make that deal. It amazes me how these dealers think the consumer is dumb. The internet provides the consumer with all the info you need to be an informed buyer. The dealer told me because of Covid they had a shortage of inventory. I said that's weird because your lot is overflowing with cars. On your website, you have over 80 new Rav 4's for sale (insert dealers confused look) I would rather drive 40 miles to get the deal I want than go to this dealer which is 6 mins from my house. Ended up driving to Boston and got the Rav 4 for the price the internet (True car & Edmunds) said I should. Just make sure you do your research before walking into any dealer (prepare for battle) and stick to the car you researched online Don't let them push you to look at another model that you haven't vetted out. More

Jose was very helpful, informative and direct when I purchased my 2018 Rav 4. He was honest and very good at presenting the different options available.
