Over all, our experience with Paramount Hyundai Hickory was EXCELLENT. Our sales associate, Jose Martinez, did a GREAT JOB! Jose was very friendly and personable. He was very knowledgeable about all thr was EXCELLENT. Our sales associate, Jose Martinez, did a GREAT JOB! Jose was very friendly and personable. He was very knowledgeable about all three vehicle types, which my wife and I looked at. He was easy to talk to, but most importantly, he LISTENED to our concerns, our needs, and wants. He really did care about us both, as customers and as people. And, with his valuable advice and guidance, we purchased a new vehicle which I ABSOLUTELY LOVE and look forward to having for a LONG time! Additionally, I want to give a "shout-out" to Eli Reese in the Paramount Hyundai Hickory, Finance Department. Eli also did a GREAT JOB explaining all the detailed financial paperwork! The entire car buying experience was much easier than I expected it to be. Test driving the cars, negotiating the price and completing the paperwork were all smooth evolutions.
