BEST car buying experience! See Trish Young! I have purchased many cars throughout the years, and I have to say, this is the very first time that I ENJOYED the "buying experience". I live about 2 hours away in NJ, and purchased the car at Garavel because of their lifetime power train warranty. I was really stressed out about going to a dealer so far as my previous experiences have been pretty stressful even close to home. I inquired about a car online and luckily, Trish was the person who responded to me. She was NEVER pushy, but instead extremely helpful and informative. She walked me through the entire process, and was never annoyed by any questions that I had. The day I came to pick up the car, I walked up the steps and there was a stand with a certificate with my name on it, thanking me for purchasing the car there and thanking me for my business. I was absolutely blown away!!!! Honestly, I could go on and on about my experience at this dealership, and especially with Trish. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. If you are in the market for a Subaru, see her or call her, you won't regret it!!!!! Also as an added bonus, the finance guy Jose Marin is wonderful also!!!! I cannot give even one negative comment........ I would definately reccomend giving her a call if your in the market for a Subaru. THANK YOU TRISH!!!!!!!! BTW I LOVE my new car!!!!! Our salesman Miles Shapiro, was very personable and accommodating and helped us right away in seeing and test driving the newer used Legacy we were interested in. We hadn't planned on making a purchase that very day but ended up doing so and are very pleased we did. All the staff at Subaru so far have been nothing but cordial and pleasant and we hope this is the start of becoming a loyal Subaru owner for many years to come. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to visit this dealership and let them show you what they have to offer. More

Prior to our appointment, Joe was in touch with me via email about what I was interested in and if I was trading in or putting money down. I had an Audi A6 that I was looking to trade. He sat with me and discussed what was available and my options. Long story short, within 2 hours Jose Marin shopped around for financing and got me a great deal on a 2008 Lexus ES350. I have to say, I had a fantastic surprise and excellent buying experience! From when I entered the very clean, modern, and young-feeling show room, to the very friendly greeting by our sales person, Trish Young. Everything was not Only very professional, but also very effective: presentation of the different car models, Q & A, come to the point! Our decision was easily made, and the deal got closed quickly. We felt home right away, and Trish made it happen. We (my business partner and I) were later on introduced to Mr. Marin to discuss finance, and we had an equally smooth experience there. To our total surprise again, the delivery date came much faster than we thought, and we had a very good delivery experience. Trish knows her product in and out, and we were sent on the road with the feeling that we knew it all. A nice detail was the VIP-kind of delivery. Car presented almost on a plateau which was a nice touch. Also the fact that Trish introduced us to the other important people in Service and the front desk. Thank you! I am sure it will come handy later on. Overall, my business partner and I had an excellent experience, and I would recommend Garavel Subaru and our nice Sales Person, Trish Young, anytime to anyone looking for a Subaru car. Garavel Subaru, Great Dealership…. My fiancé and I just moved back to the United States from living in the Caribbean, and we literally had no car when we called Garavel Subaru. We were My fiancé and I just moved back to the United States from living in the Caribbean, and we literally had no car when we called Garavel Subaru. We were greeted by Amanda Gerpe, who absolutely handled us with care, professionalism, and had outstanding communication with us throughout. We ultimately chose a 2015 Subaru Outback Premium as our new car, agreed on an outstanding price, and we even threw in every option we both wanted, all via email and phone. After all the decisions were made, Amanda handed us off to Joe Wiatrzyk, who set an appointment date for the transfer, and he was likewise highly professional, extremely personable, and had expert knowledge of our new car. Joe spent more than the time necessary to go over each feature and option prior to our departure. I now am familiar with each new feature of my Subaru thanks to Joe; how many of you folks are able to brag about that??!! Bottom line: This is my 8th Subaru Wagon that I have purchased since 1985. I have driven close to 750,000 miles in 29 years, and I have only had to invest less than $2,200.00 TOTAL, on unscheduled maintenance repairs! Subaru speaks for itself, Period. Our entire experience from the initial contact with Amanda, to the signing of the final documents with Jose, to the final wave by Joe as we drove away with high smiles on our faces and Subaru love pouring from our hearts, was beyond my most pleasant dreams.
