Our over all experience was wonder! The quality of work this dealership is beyond words. They have very friendly and helpful. There wasn't a time that went by that someone ask us if we were alright and if this dealership is beyond words. They have very friendly and helpful. There wasn't a time that went by that someone ask us if we were alright and if we needed something, like water or coffee. The environment was very clam and relaxed. They did not seem pushy at all but instead they wanted you to be happy with what you are getting. I went with my mother who only spoke a little bit of english and wanted to be help by someone who spoke spanish. We went on a sunday so not everybody was working but lucky Jose was there to help us out. He was wonderful he truly seemed that he cared for us and wanted to make both me and my mother happy. The car we came to look at was not there so he help us find another car similar to the one i originally wanted within the same price range. Which was great! Jose was very helpful when answering all the questions my mother needed to know and more. More

I was looking for an Acura MDX to replace an older model I had purchased from another dealership. The team at Acura of Westchester was very helpful yet not pushy, showed my all of the options in my price r I had purchased from another dealership. The team at Acura of Westchester was very helpful yet not pushy, showed my all of the options in my price range an even helped to guide me on some of the features that i had originally wanted but didn't really need. They had a huge inventory and the exact model/color/mileage I wanted in stock in a used car...rare. I even got a model year newer than expected. The prices were really competitive and Jose could not have made my experience any easier. I walked out the door with a new car in less than an hour and drove it home later that day. Excellent! More

Which is how he introduced himself to me. Being that you get rated, it would have been nice to know his real name. Your location was the first my wife and myself decided to go. Spoke with Matt Belov and Jose Crespo last year in November and in December. My wife gave Matt her information as well as a copy of her license. We test drove the RDX Tech Package with Jose. Jose called me on the last week of December, only to tell me he'll call back with numbers. He never did. We decided to go to another dealer. To make this long story short we are very interested in purchasing the RDX with Tech Package but since your manager "Tony" said I can take my business elsewhere, I will. His exact words were " This is how we do business, I was to give him the information and if not that I can do business elsewhere."
