Very impressed with all people involved. I got to dealership early but Brandon Payne took care of me til Derrick Wilson came in. The finance guy was friendly and efficient. First impression was very nice. Great salesman. Person handling the finances was truly kind. I left that day feeling great! Once I realized the car had some minor paint issues I too Great salesman. Person handling the finances was truly kind. I left that day feeling great! Once I realized the car had some minor paint issues I took it back. One the managers agreed to repair it at Nissan’s expense. Sounded great! When they finally repaired the paint and I went to pick the car up, I discovered they had painted the front end a different shade of color. I mentioned this to my salesman several times with assurance that someone would contact me however that still has not happened!! Also on the day of purchase, two of the tires had low air pressure, I thought airing them up would solve the problem however within the 3 months of having the car I have put air in those tires 4 times each. Finally I took it take to Nissan and the First Gentleman I encountered tried to give me around and was only going to air the tires up once again. It wasn’t until another young man, Antonio Vaughn came along and took over, that I got any real service. He was amazing, passionate and to be truthful, he kept me at peace (because I was about to snap). In closing, I am not impressed by Newton Nissan. I believe when you tell someone you encountered problems, the least you could do is follow up ( the paint color is still wrong and nor was i compensated for THEIR Mistake). One tire has since been replaced, thanks to Mr. Vaughn ( NO thanks to the gentleman that tried to pacify me) Although I’m just one customer, I will Never be back to Newton Nissan and my circle of friends are not thousands, but those that have , now know of the experience I had. More
