Amazing people, service and overall experience!! I was very hesitant to get into a Hyundai or ford of some sort but let me tell you, I love my Hyundai and the people here were amazing and they truly I was very hesitant to get into a Hyundai or ford of some sort but let me tell you, I love my Hyundai and the people here were amazing and they truly will go above and beyond to get you approved for a car!! Not just a car but a good one!! I'd recommend them to anyone who is looking!! Seriously!! I was car less and it's 2 weeks before Xmas, my motor blew & they made it happen for me!! Truly thankful and appreciative to Family ford of enfield for their exceptional work!! More

Purchsed a new vehicle I recently purchased a new vehicle. When i got to the dealership to look at the vehicle, I was approached by Jorge (salesman) and he seemed very atten I recently purchased a new vehicle. When i got to the dealership to look at the vehicle, I was approached by Jorge (salesman) and he seemed very attentive to what I told him I was looking for. I thought to myself this is going to be so smooth and easy and there won't be any headaches....boy was i wrong. I went to the dealership and I was ready to buy. I had done all my research, knew where I wanted to be out the door, knew what I wanted for my car, etc….. Jorge had assured me that I would be so satisfied with my purchase and that he would do everything he could to ensure my happiness on the vehicle. However his attitude took a major turn after i had inquired about discounts and price. Even more so when I asked if the scratches that were on the vehicle could be buffed out and maybe hit with some touch up paint. My boyfriend had asked about the brakes being looked at as well. He referred me to Roger who was amazing with getting me the right price and I really appreciate everything he did for me. Roger is great! Jorge however, put a really bad taste in my mouth because he said he would call me and instead i never got a call, but i got text messages. Umm yeah you are a salesman at a dealership, not my best friend so what makes you think you can text me? That is not customer service to me at all, in fact that was insulting for him to assume i would be okay with that. Although I wasn’t happy with Jorge, I was still set on purchasing this vehicle….so I asked for the scratches to be buffed and hit with touch up paint, I asked for the brakes to be looked at and changed if needed and I asked for the vehicle to be detailed (washed, waxed with 2 coats and be ready for pickup) The day I was to pick up my vehicle I yet again got text messages from Jorge that the car was ready, I asked if the brakes were looked at and if the car was washed, waxed, etc… He responded with the brakes were looked at but didn’t give me more detail. When I arrived at the dealership, I again inquired about the brakes and Jorge told me the brakes were looked at. I asked him if there was any unusual wearing and he said they told me the brakes were good. He also told me that the vehicle was buffed to try to get the scratches out (he never mentioned the touch up paint), that it was washed and waxed with 2 coats of wax like i asked for. After I signed all the paperwork, I wasn't walked to the car like I have seen them do many times. Jorge barely shook my hand, stayed on the stairs and said good luck. Roger on the other hand was so impressive. He actually had a conversation with me, unlike Jorge who made me feel uncomfortable. I didn't even want to do the paperwork with him and i really didn't want him getting the commission because he did nothing to help me, Roger did it all. As I drove away, I turned on the AC because it was hot out and that’s when I saw all my windows and my windshield were so streaky I could barely see out of them. I immediately turned off the AC and turned on the defrost….I was late getting back to work because I had to stop and get cleaner to make it easier for me to drive. When I got home I wanted to show everyone the car and realized the way back was all dirty so that didn’t get vacuumed and when I moved the seats to show people how the seats folded down, there were old wrappers and junk in between the seat top and bottom…. 2 days later I took the vehicle thru the touchless car wash and to my surprise when I got out and looked at the vehicle, all the scratches had returned and I was no longer excited about my new vehicle. I now have to pay someone to have touch up paint put on the vehicle and I have it washed and waxed the way it should have been in the beginning. I have never heard of anyone having a bad experience at this dealership and that is why I went there, but after this experience I am so unhappy that I won’t return, not even for my free oil change. More
