I am so happy with the deal my wife and I received by Jesus Quinones, Chris Boan, Jorge Scott. My wife is Hispanic (Colombia) and she was extremely happy to conduct business in her first language, Spani Jesus Quinones, Chris Boan, Jorge Scott. My wife is Hispanic (Colombia) and she was extremely happy to conduct business in her first language, Spanish. It made her part of the transaction and she got experience in the negotiations of an auto dealership. She was overjoyed to become a part of the entire process, usually because of language differences she won't partake in purchase oof large ticket items but this experience was different for her and I was pleased by her excitement to be a part of our transaction. Everybody at Clearwater were kind and generous as well as professional. The Cashiers were friendly and attentive. I am very pleased with my auto purchase at Clearwater Nissan. I recently purchased a new Nissan Titan from Vincent, and I cannot say enough good things about him. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Vincent was welcoming and friendly. He took the time to understand my needs and budget, and he showed me a variety of Titans that matched my criteria. He was never pushy or salesy, and he answered all of my questions patiently and honestly. Once I had found the perfect Titan for me, Vincent helped me negotiate a fair price and get the financing I needed. He made the entire process hassle-free and transparent. Elijah’s customer service was top tier. But due to the dealerships errors and constant miscommunication and lack there of, I returned my vehicle. The finance team submitted incorrect information to my lender.Over all, I would NEVER return or refer someone to conduct business with said dealership. More

The negotiation process was as expected. However, when meeting with the finance person he had slipped several “adder” packages into the financing agreement with no indication of the signifi However, when meeting with the finance person he had slipped several “adder” packages into the financing agreement with no indication of the significant price being added to the deal. It was only after I questioned the monthly payment amount that he revealed the true nature of the added items - at that point, I had them removed. After over 4 hours at the dealership, it is natural to want the transaction completed as quickly as possible. I take great issue with the finance person trying to take advantage of this situation by loading additional undisclosed items into the overall finance agreement. More

What a pleasant experience from the beginning to the end! We were welcomed by Nikki in the service department upon our arrival, personally shown to our salesman's office, Jaime Pacheco. What a seamless, professional and friendly experience! Everything was explained in detail and all our questions were answered. Jorge did a great job finishing our financing paperwork and was very friendly. There was one more individual (I believe with the service dept) who interacted with us, but I can't remember his name :(. In our age group, 50 -60 with grayish hair, lol...maybe Ronald?? Picture doesn't really look like him. He wasn't a key person in our transaction but so friendly and nice! I will definitely be back! More

Elijah was great! However after I finished up with him, I waited for over 3 hours to get my car. It took more than 2 and a half hours just to meet with financing. I live in IL and took forever to get a permanent plate that I had 2 repurchase. Spoke to several in finance and they all tricked me, Illinois secretary of state said plate wasn't paid for until Aug 24 that I had 2 repurchase. Spoke to several in finance and they all tricked me, Illinois secretary of state said plate wasn't paid for until Aug 24 I purchased car July 20, 2023. The worse is everyone I spoke to know I'm a career CDL driver but wouldn't send me a 4rd template. Elijah in finance said takes about 8 weeks 4 out of town plate. But wouldn'tsend a 3rd templateso i could work. Miguel in finance and Jorge Scott finance manager keep saying they have to check with account to see if plate was paid and permission w send 3rd tem-plate. I never received the 3rd tem-plate I had to pay $29 for a plate after waiting 14 days. And missed $1600 in work pay because must have a car to work with. Very disappointed in the post follow-up customer service. I was only treated with respect when they needed paperwork from me ; which I sent asap. But when I called no response. I called at least 20 times. Finally asked Jorge Scott for Corp phone number he said "we don't have a corporate " I said Nissan differently has a corporate office. I then asked for district manager he said he was the manager. No avail I never received a call back about 3rd tem-plate or my permanent plate. After pleading each of them mentioned. Worse customer service experience... my mom had a new 2014 Nissan from West Chicago IL and I purchased my daughter a Sentra 2020 in 2020 from Glendale Heights IL ... great customer service every time even service department. Nissan of clear water toom advantage because I live out of State. More
