This was our 3rd vehicle purchase with Jim Norton Chevy in Broken Arrow, OK. We drive from Shawnee, OK to do business with them. Matt Thompson was our salesman on this 3rd adventure. I was in desperate need of a new car before summer time. I didn’t know which dealership to go to but I am so glad I decided on Jim Norton Chevy! My sales guy, Zach, was amazing. He was very laid back and no I didn’t know which dealership to go to but I am so glad I decided on Jim Norton Chevy! My sales guy, Zach, was amazing. He was very laid back and no pressure to sell me a car I didn’t want. He had what I was looking for ready when I arrived which made the experience even more individualized for my needs. He walked me through every step of the process and eased my anxiousness. Thank you Zach for all your help. Jorge my finance guy there was very professional and kind to me. Not willing to go more on trade or to reduce the price of the vehicle to compare for low offer on trade. Also found the original window price sticker in glove box and we paid 4,000 MORE than it was 1 year the vehicle to compare for low offer on trade. I realize this is a failure on our part to not do more research but you can bet that JN is price gouging along with many more dealerships. More
