BIG SHOUT OUT TOO JOSHUA PINNEGAR AT MARK MAZDA SCOTTSDALE WHO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET ME MY MAZDA CAR!!! I WAS SOOO PLEASED WITH HIS DEDICATION, HARD WORK, DEVOTION, PROFESSIONALISM AND OUT S SCOTTSDALE WHO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET ME MY MAZDA CAR!!! I WAS SOOO PLEASED WITH HIS DEDICATION, HARD WORK, DEVOTION, PROFESSIONALISM AND OUT STANDING MANNER AS A REPRESENTATIVE WHO DIDN’T EVEN KNOW ME TO SHOW ME HE REALLY CARED AND THAT MEANT THE WORLD TO ME!!! HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS BEYOND EXCELLENT AND I WAS SO AMAZED THAT HE TOOK THE TIME TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS TO FIND THE RIGHT VEHICLE FOR ME THAT I’VE NOT EVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EVER MET SOMEONE SOOO GENUIN, CARING, UNDERSTANDING AND DEVOTED TO MAKING SURE I GOT THE BEST CAR FOR A FANTASTIC DEAL I COULDN’T RESIST!!! JOSHUA PINNEGAR IS THE BEST REPRESENTATIVE I’VE EVER MET IN MY LIFE!!! HE TRULY CARED ABOUT ME AND MADE SURE ALL MY NEEDS WERE MET THAT I BOUGHT THE CAR I WANTED ON A SMOKING DEAL I COULDN’T REFUSE!!! I'm pretty sure the service was done correctly, but when I was notified that the car was ready, the price for the service was 5$ more than the coupon price that brought me in. The service writer fixed it by I was notified that the car was ready, the price for the service was 5$ more than the coupon price that brought me in. The service writer fixed it by hand, not on the receipt. Not a big deal. But when I went to pay, I was informed that I would be upcharged for the use of my credit card. Maybe to make up for the reduced coupon cost? But I could pay with a debit card if I wanted to. If I had been informed up front about this extra, unpublished cost I would have been prepared. But I don't carry a debit card unless I need to. When I protested that I didn't know ahead of time about the additional charge I might have been prepared. Or I might have figured that it's BS for a big business to pass on a credit card cost by surprise. You'd think they'd just build it into the price. More
