I came in for an oil charge, walked out with a new car! I had been considering a new lease for a few months as the date to turn in my old car approached. I needed an oil change and BB Nissan had a sale. S I had been considering a new lease for a few months as the date to turn in my old car approached. I needed an oil change and BB Nissan had a sale. So, I went in and figured, "I'm here, let me check out the new stock, but I ain't buying today!" Then I met Declan! He could not have been more accommodating, informative and friendly. There was absolutely NO high-pressure tactics. For me, a root canal is preferable to going to a deanship for a new car, but that was not my experience with Declan or BB Nisan. I told him what I wanted and what I could afford, he put together a few options for me. I said, "I'll sleep on it." Decan said "fine, no problem." By the time I got down to the service area to get my old car, I changed my mind, went back up to the showroom and signed the papers. He even picked up the cost of the oil change! I have no problem recommending Declan, all the other sales people who helped me, like Jorge Campozano, and BB Nissan. as a first-rate dealership. Thank you all for putting me in a brand new 2018 Rouge for less than I was paying for my old one. More

Fun experience I've leased 3 Nissan Frontiers from Bruce Bennett over the years and referred most of my friends to them. The sales people are very pleasant, knowledgeable and we laugh and joke literally about ANYTHING. Definitely not your typical monotonous, irksome car dealer environment. Christina Magnotta, Billy from Philly and Jeff from Service dept are particularly friendly and understand and cater to the 'I want it done now' personalities that live in the area, including myself. Such cool people! Such an awesome experience. Keep it up my peeps! More

The people at BB are fantastic, from the receptionist, to the salesperson, to the business manager, to the service manager - all are very professional and courteous. The new General Manager, Christina Magnotta, has developed a great business plan and a wonderful team to execute it perfectly. More

Ms. Hull carefully explained all options and worked with dedication and commitment to stay within our budget.
