We were most satisfied with our experiance Very hard to explain in a few words. Allen Rosengard was exceptionally helpful. Great sales experience I left another dealership because I was completely ignored for over an hour, I went to Delray Buick GMC and as soon as we pulled into the dealership I I left another dealership because I was completely ignored for over an hour, I went to Delray Buick GMC and as soon as we pulled into the dealership I felt my stress drop away. When we entered the show room we were greeted and offered refreshments. The person at the reception desk made sure we were appointed a salesperson. Dexter greeted us with a smile and was very charismatic. He asked me what I was looking for and 15 minutes later I was test driving the specific style and color I was looking for. The whole process after was a bit lengthy(financing) but I contributed it to being Black Friday. all in all it was the best experience I’ve had when purchasing a new vehicle . I wish I could remember everyone’s names that I dealt with but unfortunately I dont More

Tim the charming Manager introduced us the George our Experience Manager who guided through the entire process from beginning to end. There was no sales, no pressure only easy conversation and lots of facts about the vehicles we were looking at. No question went unanswered every problem was easily solved and it seemed as if all of Delray Buick became involved at one time or the other in helping us. This included Chantal and Vanessa at the front desk, Jordan, Desiree in Sales as well as the staff in Service. This is a happy friendly place to work and the same goes for the car buying experience.
