Sold truck i had an approved deal on So i visited the dealership on Thursday night, told them I had to leave the next day for a business trip and would be back by Monday to purchase if a So i visited the dealership on Thursday night, told them I had to leave the next day for a business trip and would be back by Monday to purchase if a deal could be reached, I was contacted friday before I left by the finance guy that a deal was reached and approved, he then proceded to tell me that he didnt need a deposit as long as I sure and honest about coming to pick the vehicle on monday which I assured him I would. I then got a phone call the afternoon of the day I was supposed to head home by the sales Manager saying he needed a $2000 deposit to hold the vehicle because he said someone out of town wanted to buy it! Not sure how you sell someone a truck that already has an approved deal on it! But I’ll be sure to notify the business owner Dana whom is a close friend, of the business procedures transpiring in his absence!! Never written a review before but this crossed a line with me Bad bad business practice!!! Thanks alot for nothing RODMAN FORD! More

It was minutes before closing and I just wanted to look at the car they had in the lot. Needless to say I bought the car that night. I worked with Marco from the sales team and Jordan from the finance group. The atmosphere was very relaxed and was a no pressure situation. Throughout the process they were both in direct contact with me and handled each situation accordingly. This family owned dealer gets a perfect 5 star approval. When I type in the search bar ... ford and then Rodman fords zip code why does Tasca ford come up first when they are not even in the same state ???? Tasca is completely unseasonable and unappreciative dealership. More
