Had a great experience with John. We drove in from 2 hours away and made it very accommodating. We came back to pick the car up a couple days later. We had to wait because there was a fault light that came on prior to arrival. He made us comfortable in the waiting area, and even offered to buy us lunch while the Service dept made sure everything was top notch. We would definitely recommend you go ask for John More
