Buying a Vehicle should be this fun, amazing experience that you are excited to venture into!!! Sadly for many it is not and it almost always boils down to 3 things.... good buying experience My wife and I got helped by Jonathan Plasky. He was really nice and patient to answer all our questions, especially in our case where we are not in lo My wife and I got helped by Jonathan Plasky. He was really nice and patient to answer all our questions, especially in our case where we are not in local. Jonathan explained the detailed price and policy through the phone. He look at the actual mileage of the car we are interested. He showed us the real and honest side. He didn't let us feel he was pushing us to come, instead, he said: "let me know all you need". Jonathan worked very efficiently. While we are talking through the phone, he start the financial application and making sure we got pre-approved in the car finance. He didn't keep on calling us because he knew we are in work. He sent us email and made the appointment to call. On the other day when we went to the dealership, we met Jonathan and his assistant. Again, they are very patient to introduce the car during the test drive. They are humor and show their profession about the car. At the very last step, our best interests was to let car price meet our expectation. Jonathan shows he understand us and he has tried his best to explain each item. Overall, my wife and I very satisfy his help and we really appreciate his time and effort to reach the deal on 2015 Accord LX. More

Honestly, we hate the car purchase process, but with Crown Honda and Jonathan, it was a painless process. Crown Honda really needs to make sure Jonathan is taken care of, employees like him are hard to find. We will definitely return to Crown Honda if we decide to purchase another Honda vehicle in the future. More
