He is very knowledgeable about the product, and is very tech savvy, which is important since the Honda Pilot is loaded with technical features. I highly recommend Jonathon to be your sales expert. Amazing Experience- Highly Recommend I never write reviews, but this dealership and the friendly, knowledgeable staff should not be kept a secret. I discovered the dealership when shopping deals on Autotrader.com. I quickly learned they go above and beyond for their customers, which is not usual as per many other dealerships we had dealt with the past month while searching for the perfect "deal". I found their pricing to be very competitive, so for my husband and I, it was worth the 2.5 hr drive to explore 3 vehicles we were interested in. We specifically worked with Michael Wolf and Jonathan, as well. Michael had all 3 vehicles lined up that I had shown an interest in, ready for a test drive (even though these vehicles were not originally all on the Crown Honda location- some where at other Crown dealerships). We arrived later, probably around 7:30, which was completely acceptable by the staff there, despite the fact they close at 8:30. We test drove 2 of the 4 vehicles and they suggested, with no pressure, that we check out a newer model that was priced within the same range as the other 3 we were looking at. We fell in love with their suggestion and bought the 4th model that wasn't even on our radar. They are non-pressure salesmen and truly go beyond the call of duty, staying late, until 11:30pm that night to ensure our transaction was completed all in that one trip. While in the process of processing the paperwork, we interacted with several of the employees across various functions, all of which were very courteous, professional, friendly and simply down to earth. Beyond the experience there at the dealership, all pre-work before we arrived and any follow-up items were taken care of in a timely manner. I couldn't be more impressed with our experience. I highly recommend this dealership - best potential and actual car buying experience we've had to date! More

The dealership employees all make you feel welcome when coming in to the dealership. Jonathan took me on a test drive and once I purchased the car went through all the details in knowing where everything was on the car and how to use all the new features of the car. He spent time after I purchased the car with another test drive explaining every feature the day I received the car. Would definitely recommend this car dealership and Jonathan. Justin the person in cahrge of financing the car did a great job also, explaining every detail of the finance process. More

His hospitable kindness is a breath of fresh air. They know how to get the discouraged buyers encouraged and then get excited about the search towards success. They also work with the other crown dealers to cooperate and give up their gems to choose from. That's how Mr. N Boeke helped me get mine he even went and brought it on site for me to look at it today. Both he n my husband along with me knew it was the one.
