Great Job So I brought my car in for an oil change and to check out my parking brake and shocks. I want to preface this review by saying I've had my car for 2 y So I brought my car in for an oil change and to check out my parking brake and shocks. I want to preface this review by saying I've had my car for 2 yrs, and have not been overly please on several occasions when having my care serviced here. Mainly poor communication and lack of follow through. However today's experience was exceptional. The staff was very thorough, were able to meet a timeline I requested and followed up several times with the technicians when I had questions. Very please with today's service....Thank you Kelly Honda for a job well done. More

On time, performed oil change and safety check. Advised maintenance items requiring service. Brief, professional, to the point but not up selling. Appeared aware that my time was as valuable as his; noted maintenance items that I deferred. Overall: Promises Made and Kept. Great Maintenance Crew, obvious that upper management lets mechanics do the wrenching, and sales people do the selling. I’ve bought two brand new cars at this dealership: 2007 Pilot EXL and 2010 Ridgeline EXL; both deals took less than 4 hours, bought less than sticker and left without buyers remorse. Whatever Kelley does to make the Management Team in Lynn work this well; please do not F*** it up. More

The service department I really like other Kelly dealerships but this service department needs major improvements for example; customers should always come first, communica I really like other Kelly dealerships but this service department needs major improvements for example; customers should always come first, communication is very important, and lastly speed of service is great but it’s more important to cover all customers concern and resolve all issues rather then saying “we don’t understand your concern” “that service isn’t avaible at the moment” I will not service my vehicle here anymore, I was in the market for an Si or even a Type R is the budget allowed but I will look at another Honda dealership because I can’t trust my vehicles in this service department. It’s just not worth the headache.... More

Curse the day we bought a car from jelly Honda Bought a brand new 2018 accord in October come February there was a malfunction in the car that rendered it undrivable . things happen OK bring the Bought a brand new 2018 accord in October come February there was a malfunction in the car that rendered it undrivable . things happen OK bring the car in Tuesday they say they have to order the part in a snowstorm I have no window so I have to leave my car it’s my only car and I’m stranded with my son now and they have no loaners I take a cab home you tell me a loaner should be available the next day call the next day still no loaner my cars not ready three days later after missing work all these days with no car and taking taxis they tell me the windows fixed but now there’s an issue with something else with the car that they need to order parts for still no loaner still no vehicle no one cares it’s unacceptable when you buy a brand new car and you expect it to drive you to your daily life and things that you need to do it for the money you spend it’s in sane I would never ever go there again after Pick up my car. Never again More
