In my personal experience and opinion in servicing my Levante Trofeo. Has been the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership. I was told that it was just my bad luck when all I did was ask t Levante Trofeo. Has been the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership. I was told that it was just my bad luck when all I did was ask to have a 2 stage polishing and apply a ceramic coating to the car. From there it became the most amateur disaster possible ceramic coating streaks, white polishing compound everywhere sealed in place under the ceramic coating. Burnt through the paint in multiple places with a buffer. And when they asked for the chance to correct it themselves I so regret agreeing to allow them to do it. It got even worse from there. They had the car for 2 months to correct what turned out only to be making things worse with paint work and runs everywhere, paint so thick it. Maaco $99 paint job would have been better. The dealership has its own high end body shop. But they didn’t send my car there and wont disclose who did the poor work. Parts weren’t correctly reinstalled causing even more paint work to the rear bumper and rear hatch. Front bumper and grill had to be replaced due to the amount of times they repainted them it was cheaper to replace then try to remove all of those layers of paint. They had the car another 2 months and here we are 6mo later still dealing with this mess and seems each time it goes back. I guess it’s like they Jonathan said it’s just my bad luck that it keeps getting damaged each time it’s there. Like the razor cut on the leather portion of the floor mats. Still not replaced told parts that were damaged by not masking them off prior to buffing were replaced with it’s clear they just did a poor job of refinishing and actually caused more damage to them before finally replacing them. I cannot recommend anyone to use this dealership especially anyone considering their detail services. They keep saying there guy is the best in the business and this 6mo disaster with my car is a one off issue. I find it hard to believe. The guy could not even reinstall a license plate or rear bumper that he removed without doing enough damage to require both to need to be repainted. I gave them every possible chance to redeem themselves but no matter how understanding and patient I was with them it only got worse. And my Ferrari didn’t get treated any better just straight up careless disregard for my car with reassembling some interior trim. It was unnecessary and shows they have no quality control and if they do have someone that’s supposed to be doing it clearly needs to be retraining or replacing More
