From the beginning to the closing and delivery, I had the opportunity to work with a number of individuals at the dealership all of whom displayed the utmost level of courtesy, professionalism, and help. From Drew Dauer who was really excellent in working with me on the details throughout the purchase process and explained to me all the many gadgets and functions of my new Cadillac XT5, to Jon Teeslink who put before me all the options which really helped me a lot in my final purchase decision, to Dustin Baker who was amazing in explaining everything in the final paperwork. Dustin was also so courteous when I called him 10 days after purchase asking about something not related to his job. He called me back after less than a minute with an answer.
