Friendly, but things took a while I first went in on a Saturday not long before COVID closed things.. Met Joh, our salesman, who offered to let us look at any cars, and also from any o I first went in on a Saturday not long before COVID closed things.. Met Joh, our salesman, who offered to let us look at any cars, and also from any other Yark dealerships as well. The sales manger came over and introduced himself and shook our hands (NO. Not in the age of COVID) They didn't have the exact car I wanted in stock, but told me one was in transport. I kept checking the website, and it had arrived. Since I hadn't driven the exact model I wanted to, I asked for a test drive. It took a while to hear back. I ended up calling the number on the website, I scheduled an appointment with the woman, and went in for m appointment, which they had NO RECORD OF. So, I waited around and finally made an appointment for the following day to drive the car. (this was AFTER things had closed, so everything was by appointment). So, after some back and forth emailing about pricing, lease vs. buying, down payments, etc, I decided to lease the car. We made an appointment for 4:15. When I got there, I was told the people before me were taking a little longer than expected, and they'd be right with me. I was still waiting at 5:15, and didn't get out of there until nearly 6. They had blocked off the entrance to the dealership, so I had to drive around the whole place to find an exit (they never told me where to go out. A head's up would have been NICE). I also asked about transferring my personalized plate to my new car. I'm still waiting on an answer on that. I purchased my car 4/24, and it's 5/27. I've asked 2x in follow up emails and still no answer (my Ford dealership did it the last 2 times I leased). Love the car, but not very happy with the dealership. More
