I consider my job to be a problem solver for my customers. I work to find the right vehicle to meet your needs and satisfy your preferences. I value your time and do all I can to avoid wasting it. I am here to make the car-buying process as quick and easy as possible. When I'm not at work I'm probably with my wife and four kids who are growing far too fast. A few hours per week I'm in my home shop pretending to be a machinist, metal fabricator, and woodworker. My philosophy in these hobbies is to make the most with the resources available, and people are often impressed by how much I can fit and make use of in a small workshop. I take that same approach in helping families find the vehicle they need, often surprising them by how much "more car" they are able to afford than they previously believed. I hate the car sales stereotype as much as you do, and it is my goal to change that image one happy family at a time.

We had to wait for 3 weeks to get in for a service, since having the service we have had a service restraint system warning. We brought it in to check it and was told it set a hard code. Being a safety concern I thought they could resolve or fix the probelm, but was told it would be Nov 17th before they could fix it seing inside of the service bays we could see no vehicles being worked on and was wondering why it would take so long to fix a safety item?
